a) Refunds

  • The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals.

2. Services & Repairs

  • Services such as repairs, IT solutions, and laptop rentals are non-refundable once completed.

  • If the service is not performed as agreed, please contact us immediately, and we will resolve the issue.


3. Laptop Rentals (Daily & Monthly)

  • Rental fees are non-refundable once the rental period begins.

  • If a laptop is returned early, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion.

  • Any damages to rented equipment will be charged according to the repair cost.
